Disabling the Cyberquad for Kids (Model #914) by removing and returning the motor controller is required to receive a full refund of $1900. Once the motor controller is removed and this form is submitted, a return envelope with a prepopulated shipping label will be shipped to your home. The motor controller must be shipped back to Radio Flyer for proof of destruction. It allows us to verify that the Cyberquad for Kids cannot be accidentally used or resold.
